Re: Recipient Policy on a Group of users??????

I am trying to give all the users another domain.com address. I would think
that you could just specify that OU and the policy gets applied to all
people inside of the OU, but that does not work for some reason. Someone
else mentioned admodify so i will look into that also. The only problem with
setting some attribute with each account is the fact that if someone else
creates a new user they would need to know to set that attribute. I would
like to do something more like everyone who is a member of this group or
everyone who is in a particular OU.

I have approximately 100 users all in one Organizational unit that need a
particular email address. The problem i am having is that when i create a
group and add the users to that group and then set the recipient policy to
apply the email address to the group. The users dont get the email address
only the group itself. I have tried all the different types of groups
(Distribution, Security, Query based group, etc....) and nothing seems to
work. I have seen other post saying specify a custom attribute for the
users and search on that. This works with one or two but i have over 100,
and i do not want to have to open each account and make that change.

I can't use the normal fields like state, zip, city, etc.... because we
have other people that are in the same state and zip and city that do not
need to get the email address.

Whats the best way to accomplish this task?

thanks
