Not so true. That is just the basis of it. How you customize it is
completely up to you. Many of the commercial antispam solutions have this at
their guts. I went from sybari antispam catching 35,000 emails a week with
way to many false positives, to a custom solution catching 100,000 emails a
week with less than 10 false positives.
