MSExchangeFBPublish event id 8213 Word Docs open slow.

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am geting a ton of these erros on my exchange server. I am also getting a
few others that I will copy down here. The problem my users are having is
when they open Word documents from a recieved email. Word can take up to 2
minutes to open. It doesn't seem to effect any other attachments excel sheets
and power point attachments open fine. The word documents are less than 100k
so it is not a size issue.

Any suggestions ?
