Form base authentication

Hey!

We don't use Form Based Authentication currently. If we turn that on,
will/could it cause problems to anything else? Any reasons to why not to go
with Form Based Authentication?
We are using OWA, Outlook remotely via RPC over HTTPS, and mobile devices,
on a FE/BE clustered Exchange 2003 environment.
