Want to Move exhcnage to a new server with different name

I have Exchange 2003 Enterprise running on an older box. Bought a new
Box to Host Exchange. I have not been able to find articles that step
by step describe moving an exchange server to a new box with a new
name. My Data Store is now approching 38GB (yes, thats right). would
someone please point me in the right direction. I don't mind doing the
reading, just need to know where to look. Microsoft Exchange Server
2003 ( Administrators Pocket Consultant is no help ) Petri.co.it is a
help, but not on this topic.
