NDR and blank email returned

I have searched this group but have not found an answer to this issue.

The returned mail to the admin states "did not reach the following
recipient(s):" but the email who it should go to is blank.

All the email adresses in the "to" portion have been verified as valid
emails. This happens often and I have been unable to track down the
cause.


Any experts know what I am talking about?
