We are changing our network ID from 192.168.1.x to 10.1.30.x due to a
merger. We have several checklists for this.
Is there anything in exchange 2003 that could cause problems? we
have removed all references to IP based filtering.

As long as your DNS and WINS are set up/ modified properly, it should be
fine - of course, you'll also need to reconfigure your firewall/router to
forward whatever ports to the new LAN IPs you use.
