Hey Ben.

Not on the administrator, but it still works with the administrator.
It stil sticks on the normal user yes.

properties of the account you modified, say, 15 minutes later, is the Allow
box still checked next to Send As?

You restarted the IS and it still doesnt work?
Are the permissions not sticking becuase the account has the
adminsdholder object tied to it?
