I have a strange problem, relating to email.

From a particlular large corporate bank,I have had emails sent to me to
and from
with my domain name hosted by a webhost, but when I have tested an
email from another website that is hosted by the same company they
cannot be delivered or recieved - error 451,
THE only difference is that the domain name email that is NOT working
is the only one the was NOT originally registered with the webhosting
company. I have done exhaustive tests to and from and can only assume
that the server at the large bank does not like something about the
domain when it is hosted by one person and the DNS by another,

recap

my domain email and others ARE working with the domain names hosted and
originally registered with the web host.
another domain email NOT working to that particular bank when hosted by
the same webhost but domain name NOT originally registered by that
webhost - but working on other servers perfectly fine.

(I have changed the dns name servers on the registration company in any
case is working with other emails on this other emails etc )

If any one could shed some light that would be fantatic - the web host
is not being very helpful, they say I should speak to the large bank
but I want to know I anyone has this problem before, what the cause
could and could be common and losing emails.

thanks.
