Well, not really. The first solution that comes to mind is to whitelist
(at least temporarily) any address or domain to which you send an
e=mail, in order to allow a challenge e-mail to come through to you.
Also note that this problem already exists whenever both the sender and
receiver are protected by these systems, so I'm sure it's a problem that
the vendors have already thought of and dealt with.
