So you cant send an email from any account to that domain?
In that case, it may be because you are on a SPAM list, do not have
your DNS setup correctly, etc...
.
That message could be blocked for a number of reasons, including they
may not like the forward slash in the local part of the email address.
If you send it directly rather than reply does it work?
Can you send with other accounts to their domain?
