I had some pain with this error a few weeks ago. Finally got the "double
secret probation" trick from PSS. I blogged it. Take a look at this and

We have made our own certificate which is imported on the QTEK 8310
smartphone with Windows Mobile 5.0

From the phone I can open oma with no problems but active sync against
exchange gives the following error:

Active sync encountered an error on the server

Supportcode: 85010014

I have made a special vdir because of formsbased auth. so that
oma/activesync can acces this.

SSL is turned off on the vdir and there is basic and integrated auth. on
all 3.

OWA is working fine too and connecting to microsoft-server-activesync
gives the right error with not implemented.

I've been working with this for a week now and am losing my mind, please
someone help me out here !

Any ideas appriciated !
