TCP/IP means Outlook is using RPC over TCP/IP for the connection.
HTTPS means Outlook is using RPC over HTTPS for the connection.

You'll kick yourself:

The Directory tells you what DC you're talking to (through the RPC
proxy obviously, not direct)
The Mail tells you what mailbox server you're on and what Public
Folder servers (if different/additional) you're connected to.
