Hi Kerberos,
You have to explore down thru the Configuration container (that would be the Configuration object that you saw when opening adsiedit) to find the container that holds your Recipient update services.
Here is the path you are looking for:
CN=Recipient Update Services,CN=Address Lists Container,CN=<Your ORG Name>,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=<domain>,DC=<com>
So in ADSIedit you would do this:
Expand Configuration -> CN=Configuration -> CN=Services -> CN=Microsoft Exchange -> CN=<org name> -> CN=Address Lists Container -> CN=Recipient Update Services
Now what do you see under that container.

Hi Matthew.
I have tried with ADSIedit as you told. There i saw 3 objects:
1. Domain controller
2. Configuration
3. Schema
These all 3 objects pointed to the domain controller.
But in ESM i saw 2 objects
The also pointed to the domain controller.
What does it mean?
P.S.
Truly saying, seems these event ID is not important thing. BEcause, there
are problem with the mail server.

If you delete something that you should not using ADSIedit it could cause
you some serious issue with your Exchange server. Installing the support
tools and using adsiedit just to look around (don't modify anything) will
not cause you any problems.
So try this:
1) Install the support tools
2) Start adsiedit.msc
3) Under the configuration object browse down to services -> Microsoft
Exchange then browse to the same location as the RUS objects as seen in ESM.
4) Make sure you have the same number of objects in that folder as you do
when you look at it in ESM. If you do not ... let us know.
