Thanks for your reply.
Ok I checked the server clock settings and they are correct with the
daylight savings checked and the correct time zone. On the users side
in Outlook I corrected the daylight savings issue and corrected his
clock. That solved that problem. I added Outlook.exe to the firewall
exceptions and what is happening is that he does not automatically
recieve email. He has to click send and recieve and then he recieves
all emails at that point.
What services does he have in his mail profile?
What version of Outlook?
If OL2003, cached mode enabled? Is he working online/connected? Check.
If he clicks away from the inbox into another folder in his mailbox, and
then back to inbox, does the mail show up then?
Not sure what has changed since he used to
recieve them normally. Is there a send/receive option for exchange.
No....
What should I do at this pointe.
Any other software firewall installed on this workstation?
thanks

When users are recieving emails they are getting a time stamp on the
email that is not correct. I checked the server itself and it is
showing the correct time.

But as you can see in the sent stamp the user recieved it is off by
an hour. The users desktop clock is correct also. These are all
internal emails. Also this user is not recieving emails in a timely
fashion. This text only email took over 10 minutes to be sent to his
desktop and we are all on the same subnet, including the exchange
server.
Thaks in advance for any ideas
