so another bug with the recent migration to 2003. there is one account
that can send emails but not receive them (internal emails or external)
only this particular account
Message Tracking Center weird entries ... Recently I noticed in my server usage report that I was seeing a large ... increase in the number of internal emails sent from my administrator ... Upon logging and checking the mail in this account, I only see my normal 30 ... (microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs)

Barry Wainwrights answer to the From fiedl question ... if I want to send an external mail I have to be able to state in the ... specified in the account info and only valid for internal emails... I can perfectly specify that I have a send as permission on the ... exchange server so why would I need to configure a second account!!... (microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage)
