Moving Away from Exchange 5.5?

I've been brought in as a network consultant for a midsized company.
They have about 50 machines currently jacked into a 5.5 Exchange box.
They recently decided to go with a managed POP3 solution, so the
Exchange box is being retired.

Before we pull the plug on the 5.5 box, they want to copy off contacts
and email to each individual machine. Is there a way to do this
through a batch script, through Exchange, through almost any way that
doesn't require me to go to each machine and log in as each user?
