Sybari antigen Installation

Hello all,
This may be a bit on the side of the topics normally handled by this
community since the bottom line is about installing Sybari Antigen on a
Sharepoint server. But I am curious if anyone has ever experienced the
same problem with installation on a Exchange server.

Here's the log of what happens when I run the install from the Central
Manager:

Any input would be much appreciated.
What puzzles me is that the setup.exe won't run from the server
locally, therefore I have to use the ACM.

The server is a 2k3 server, and is the webserver of our company, and
the installation package should be new, downloaded today.
