Re: sending & receiving message to hotmail\gmail problem



I have now solved the problem of sending mails to yahoo, hotmail, gmail. It
is almot getting delivered instantly.

NOW THE PROLLEM IS MAILS SENT FROM HOTMAIL, YAHOO, GMAIL, VSNL.COM ETC ARE
NOT INCOMING TO MY EXCHANGE MAIL BOX

Try to telnet on port 25 to THEIR server. In other words, from your
Exchange server, attempt to telnet to one of Gmail's MX records, and
manually submit a message.

Second, please clarify - can you or can you not receive messages from Yahoo,
GMail and Hotmail? Is it just sending that is a problem, or both sending
and receiving?

Also - what is the status of the queue? If you highlight the queue, it
should show you a status in the bottom of the pane.
