Do you mean the OWA URL? As long as you have 2 mail servers (during
migration), and no front-end servers, this will not be possible. Once you
have all users moved to the new server, you can simply point the external
A record for OWA access to the new server.

2) How do my client systems know about the change - do I need to create
new
profiles on each system?
No. Outlook clients will automatically be redirected.

3) How do I move Public Folders
PFMigrate.wsf is an excellent tool.
