What would be the exact wording of that security warning?
Contact postmasters of those servers and ask for an clarification.

Hello! Ok, this is not a DNS issue. One thing though, when I try to telnet into the port 25 into the remote server, it gives me a security warning and kicks me out. Can I simply be blacklisted by them and the message just remains sitting in the Queue?

Highlight the queue that has the stalled messages in it. Look down towards the bottom of the management console and see if there is any sort of status message that would indicate the problem. Sometimes they are just bogus domains. Sometimes it is because the remote system won't accept mail from you because you don't have a PTR record or their is some other type of DNS problem.
