Do you have other Exchange 2003 servers, or is this the first one?

If you do not have others, then Exchange 2003 Forestprep needs to be run.
If you are only a Domain Admin, you do not have rights to update the Schema.
You need to be a member of the Enterprise Admins and Schema Admins groups
(as well as Domain Admins) in order to do that. If your account is not a
member of those groups, then you can log in with an account that is, and
*just* run Forestprep. You can do that using the Deployment Tools (exdeploy
from the CD) or by running setup.exe with the /forestprep switch.

Hi all,

When I tried to upgrade the exch2000 frondend to the exch2003, I got this
