Yes. I have created the sales domain in DNS. (from internal DNS where Local
Area Network) and External DNS (public DNS by with public IP address)

I can send the mail out to other like gmail, yahoo mail. but i cannot
receive mail from yahoo or gmail. i get this message after i send a mail from
internet.

Deferred: Connection refused by dc.mycompany.com

Thanks. I have follow your instruction and create the subdomain name in
DNS
and recipient policies. It work fine in internal network. But when i try
to
send mail from outside (e.g. gmail or yahoo mail) , it fail. However, send
the mail from yahoo to my main domain name is successful

here are the sample.
mail in internal
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : user3@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
send and receive is successful.

however
mail from yahoo
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : xxxx@xxxxxxxxx
send and receive is fail.

but
when i send the mail only with
mail from yahoo
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : xxxx@xxxxxxxxx
send and receive is successful.

Hi everybody,
I'm from Malaysia. I have one question here. Can Exchange Host Multiple
Sub
Domain Address in one box?
For example,
user1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
user3@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If can, please tell me how can i setup. Thanks.
