Re: How to create a subdomain email address in Exchange 2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Go to dnsreport.com and test you sub-domain to see if there are any obvious

Local

receive mail from yahoo or gmail. i get this message after i send a mail

Thanks. I have follow your instruction and create the subdomain name in
DNS
and recipient policies. It work fine in internal network. But when i
try
to
send mail from outside (e.g. gmail or yahoo mail) , it fail. However,
send
the mail from yahoo to my main domain name is successful

here are the sample.
mail in internal
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : user3@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
send and receive is successful.

however
mail from yahoo
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : xxxx@xxxxxxxxx
send and receive is fail.

but
when i send the mail only with
mail from yahoo
to : user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
from : xxxx@xxxxxxxxx
send and receive is successful.

Hi everybody,
I'm from Malaysia. I have one question here. Can Exchange Host
Multiple
Sub
Domain Address in one box?
For example,
user1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
user3@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If can, please tell me how can i setup. Thanks.
