That's correct. If your SMTP Connector's "address space" is "*", and
you tell it to use TLS, then everything leaving your organization will
use TLS.
Anything that *wants* to use TLS to send you mail will be able to do
so because there's a cert installed on the virtual server. Anyone that
doesn't want to use TLS will also be allowed to send mail to you
because they aren't forced to use TLS.
