Thanks Nuevo for your reply.

With regards to point 3, I assume you mean the MX records at our ISP? So
if
i'm correct, we can have two domain names one of org.uk and the other of
co.uk, both pointing to our Exchange server?

Many thanks for your help,
Jeff

1) Are you using IMF in Exchange? Have you turned off Junk filtering in
Outlook?

2) Are the senders receiving an NDR? Try to find the mail using message
tracking.

3) Add the new domain name to your recipient policy. Make sure the MX
record
in the zone file for your new domain points to your Exchange server.

Hello

1) We have exchange 2003 installed and in Outlook our clients get some
mail
going direct into their Junk Mail box which is annoying as this mail is
useful. How can this be corrected, is it to do with Exchange or
Outlook?
The
settings in Outlook on 'Actions' and 'Junk Mai'l do not seem
appropriate
to
rectify this.

2) In addition, our manager says that some external mail is not being
delivered to him whilst other external mail is, as those senders have
contacted him to inform him of this. What could cause some email to not
be
delivered whilst other mail is?

3) Finally, our registered domain name is companyname.ORG.UK. We have
also
just registered a companyname.CO.UK domain name for our organisation.
Just
in
case external users may send mail to companyname.CO.UK in error, rather
than
companyname.ORG.UK, can an alias of companyname.CO.UK be added to our
individual email accounts so that mail is still delivered to the
companyname.ORG.UK. email address?

Or would it be best to set this up some other way, whereby the alias
doesn't
need to be configured for each individual account?

The reason I ask is that I created an alias on my account of
companyname.CO.UK, but sending mail to companyname@xxxxx did not arrive
for
companyname.ORG.UK!!

Could the companyname.CO.UK be added to ISP MX records as well as the
one
that already exists of companyname.ORG.UK?

I have deliberately capitalised CO.UK. and ORG.UK for readers
convenience.

Many thanks to all,
Jeff
