using exchange server 2003, clients have been able to synch palm treo
email for two years. recently, for about two weeks, clients have been
able to synch palm treo only once per day, it retrieves all emails
from the previous day. No errors display on palm treo, shows
recieving, blinks, and nothing. This also occurs if they physically
plug in the device to their pc and try to synch. After the first
synch of the day, no more email. (note: they do get all emails all
day on local pc in outlook) On server side, it is not showing that
they are logging in and no errors are in log. There have been no
changes to the server or the palm treo that we know of. users all
have the same palm treo and are using the palm software to retrieve
email. they do however have different phone services, some using

How are they syncing? How are they actually connecting? ActiveSync? IMAP?
Are you using Treo 650s or 700w?
