Are you using Outlook in cahed mode?

I get this problem too all the time. In our organization we have
Exchange 2003 Server and I'm using Outlook 2003 client and when I send
an email internal/external; sometime's it sits in the Outbox for a
minute and then sends or I will have to click on the Outbox to send it
instanly. Any suggestions.!!!

I have an Exchange 2000 server with clients using Outlook 2000 and
some have Outlook 2003. Several of the users experience delays when
sending e-mais to other users of the same Exchange Server. In other
words the internal e-mails that are sent stay in the "Outbox" for a
long time and sometimes they have to go to Tools > Send/Recive All
to get the e-mails to leave the outlook. outbox. Any suggestions?
