RDNS Required?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Ok I've found where I can tell the SMTP server to do a Reverse DNS lookup.
But I do not see where I can require the RDNS lookup to be valid to accept
the message. Is there a way to do this?

Also, is there a way to accept a message with a failed RDNS lookup, but send
a letter to the send informing them that their Reverse DNS is not setup and
in the future we will not be accepting messages from e-mail servers that
don't have a valid RDNS?

Thanks,

Andrew
