Then it's just a spoofed address used by the spammer to avoid
detection. These people have no qualms about causing anyone lots of
problems as long as they can get someone, anyone, to read their crap.
If you're using W2K3 SP2, turn on SenderID and put your authorized
SMTP servers into the appropriately formatted TXT record in your
external DNS. That should stop most of the junk.

Get yourself a good spam filter, too. Use IMF (provided it works for
you) if nothing else.
