The symptoms you describe indicate that you might have non-standard
permissions configured somewhere in IIS. What they might be I can't say.

Is there a certain permission I need to set to allow OWA? I can login
from a remote site with IE6 just fine, but when my users (non-admin
folks) try to login, it won't let them. I have a few non-admin accounts
as well and it won't let me login with them either.
It does work from a remote computer on the same network tho. Ideas?
