It seems unusual that it would take one minute. So to confirm you write a
message, press send, it goes and you keep hitting send and receive until it
arrives one minute later?

If I log onto a client PC and send myself an email, then do absolutely
nothing but wait, it takes exactly one minute before the mail arrives. Is
there a way I can configure exchange (or the client) to have the mails
arrive immediately?
