You might be able to use third party products to do this, like NSIs
Double Take, have never used this so not sure if it will suit your
requirements. Is the bandwidth between sites not sufficient to handle
these users roaming ?

I have a handful of users that travel from one end of the country to
the other on a regular basis ... I can't keep moving their HOME server
...
