Er, that should have been "that they have NOT modified"

Nuevo,
No. I should have added that they have modified the view settings. This
is a very common cause for this sort of problem. My bad on not adding
this.
I will disable Cache Mode on their systems and let you know what happens.
Thanks for the tips.

Are you certain that they have not modified the view in Outlook? Make
sure you disable cached mode until you have resolved the problem. If you
turn off cached mode does this fix the problem?

Good evening!
We are experiencing strange problems with the above mentioned
combination. There are several users who use Outlook 2003 SP2. There is
also one user who uses Outlook 2000 SR-1 and two users who use Outlook
XP SP3.
Okay, what is the problem? Good question. The users who have Outlook
2000 and Outlook XP do not have any problems receiving all their e-mails
and seeing all of those incoming e-mails in their Inbox via Outlook
200x. However, those users that use Outlook 2003 SP2 do have a problem
seeing all their e-mails. That is to say that not all of the e-mails
that they have received show up in the Inbox when using Outlook 2003.
However, when they use OWA (a temporary fix until I can figure out the
Outlook 2003 problem) they see all the e-mails in their Inbox (so, in
Outlook there might be five new e-mails but if the user checks via OWA
there are eight new e-mails).
None of these users have any rules setup. There does not seem to be any
pattern (say, they get all the internal e-mails but not all of the
external e-mails or vice-versa.....or, say, between 2pm and 3pm they do
not see any e-mails that were delivered to their mailboxes). There is
nothing in the Event Viewer on the Exchange 2003 server (there is only
one server in this environment running Windows Server SP1 so it does
everything). There are no errors when I use dcdiag or netdiag. The
ExBPA shows "all clear". What I have noticed is that there are a lot of
synch errors on the clients. I am currently looking into this but would
appreciate any assistance. This has been going on for about three weeks
now.
Un-installing and re-installing is not really an option (please do not
ask why....just not available to us right now).
I will be installing Exchange Server SP2 in the immediate future.
Thanks!
