I'm assuming that the IMF is the culprit since everything was fine until the
hour that I turned it on. We'll give blackberry a call too.

Message tracking is a good idea. I'll dig in to that. It doesn't make
sense to me either that the IMF should effect outgoing mail.

We have tried flagging the blackberry messages as "not junk" and that
doesn't seem to help.

I'd comment here that if your IMF is set to 4, that is a VERY low value.
Most people I know who have configured IMF have set it to somewhere
between
6 and 8, depending on the amount of false-positives.

I still don't understand how IMF is moving these messages to your junk
mail.
The BB Redirector on the client machine should be sending OUT the
messages.
IMF does not scan outbound messages. Are you saying that the BB
redirector
is sending a temporary message to the Outlook client? If it shows up in
the
junk mail, have you tried marking it as "not junk"?

Have you done message tracking on these "temporary" messages to prove that
in fact they are being acted upon by IMF? Is it possible that it is not
IMF
that is acting on them, but Outlook's junk mail filter?

Two users on the network are redirecting from outlook on their desktops

blackberries. The IMF appears to be blocking the blackberry redirect
process.

Has anyone seen this or know how to correct?
