The message itself doesn't change in any way except for gaining the SCL
value, a MAPI property. You can configure Outlook and OWA to display SCL.
To display the SCL in Outlook or OWA:

or in OWA

I have not enabled IMF on our server yet because I have a couple of
questions. How does a message that is tagged as junk appear to the user in
the Outlook Junk Folder? Does it tag it somehow so that the user knows
that
it has gone through IMF? If the user has not enabled Junk Email scanning
on
their client and it delivers it to the Inbox, does it say that it's spam?
I
hope these questions make sense. I have no problem configuring IMF and
enabling it but I want to know how it will affect the user before I do
anything.
Thanks
Kathy
