Its unlikely that it just stopped working. Have any changes been made to the
system? Any patches or updates or application installs? Also, you said you
had to add the address manually is this always something you do or is this
also new?
Check your event logs for anything unusual.

microsoft says this issue is resolved with exchange 2000 sp3 but we have

and when i add the new user to active directory the email adress doesnt
established automatically i make it manually.
how can i solve this problem?
