Is it stuck in the queue on the server?which queue should it be in, and how do you know if it is there.
Is the SMTP service running?
yes
Is message tracking turned on? What does it indicate?
how?
Is SMTP protocol logging turned on (and up)? What does it indicate?
how?
I have all of these extra connectors in the queue. that keep being added
that I don't add, I can't get rid of and don't know what they are.
witty.com etc.
thanks

I reran internet connection wizard to fix activesync, which it did, but
now when I send email from outlook, it appears to go out, but it doesn't
get to destination.
any Idea why. how can I check to see what happened to it.
thanks
