Exchange OWA login problems

Recently my frontend Exchange 2003 server's OWA installation hasn't been
working correctly. I get to the login screen right away, but once I click
login it will take at least a minute to take me to my INBOX. Sometimes the
full page doesn't load and I have to hit refresh and this loads relatively
quick. If I logout and back in within a few minutes the process happens
quickly. It seems there's some type of authentication problem but I'm not
sure. Anybody have an idea what I should do next?
