This is usually caused by run SSL only or using Forms Authentication on the
Virtual Directory.
The following KB article should provide you with more information.

So I setup OMA per rather simple instructions and had problems, so I
recently
applied SP2 and mobile exchange admin thinking it would resolve some
issues.
Well, it may have, but it still doesn't work. (I have very limited
experience with exchange 2003.)
I've been testing OMA by trying to log-on with IE and it simply says:
A System error has occurred while processing your request. Please try
again.
If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
I figured it had something to do with the authentication. I've been
fiddling
with it and it seemed to make no difference. The event view has been
spitting
out an unintelligible error message. (Well, it's in a language I can't
read.)
Any ideas?
Thanks for the time,
Tom
