9175 events are benign and can be ignored. You'll see those every time a
mailbox store is dismounted.

If you have an open PSS support case, and they aren't making any headway,
you need to call back in and get it escalated. Having a support issue open
for 2 weeks without any progress isn't normal.

What are the sources of the other events? 8270 -is that from the
MSExchangeAL?

exchange server in anticipation of adding it to my real exchange server.

any additional information would be helpful
