Thanks for the reply, however, the article you referenced applies to
display names on messages being sent out from Exchange. My issue is
with display name resolution on messages that we are receiving from
outside my Exchange site. These messages are only displaying the SMTP
address and not a resolved display name. We didn't have this issue
when we had Exchange 2000 up and running. We are running SP2 for E2K3
and the clients are using Outlook 2003.

We've been running E2K3 for a couple weeks and the clients are starting
to complain about just seeing the sender's SMTP address.
