You should be using your spam filter to stop certain spam from even coming in. possible spam to your application should then be delivered to the mailbox but if the Outlook filter thinks it may be spam then it will be delivered to the Junk Mail folder. Following those processes you should only have a couple of messages delivered to the inbox; these are messages that probably actually belong in the inbox. If you wanted a solution that delivered your suspect spam to an actual spam folder you should have purchased a product that does just that (there are several that create a spam folder in the mailbox and dump all the possible stuff there (after deleting all the definite stuff) .
