!! The above solution only works if you are signed in to the IIS
machine, it does not work from any member server or from any
workstation, domain member or not.
I have exported the certificate I used for my user account (admin) to a
share and imported it onto several other computers admin profiles, gone
to the url, and some have asked for the certificate, and then the un &
password, others have just asked for the un and password, skipping the
cert totally.
It *may* be something to do with the cert I am using, or the mapping, I
may look into to it a little more, really odd for it to work on the IIS
machine and not the others....
No idea why, can't be bothered any more, had enough of trying this,
bored.
Just thought I would clear up the thread with an accurate ending, I've
spent hours trying solutions from google that are no good, so I thought
I would tell you before you try it.
