Public folder deletions don't move to the Deleted items folder.

If you're the owner of the parent folder of the deleted folder, and yo
were the owner of the deletd folder, select the parent folder and use
the "Tools | Recover deleted items..." menu. Make sure you're not
using an OST or working in cached-mode in Outlook. You can only
recover deleted public flders while connected dorectly.
Oh . . . you must have had the Deleted Item Retention Time set to some
value other than zero at the time you deleted the folder for this to
work.
