Only one Domain controller 2003 (AD DHCP DNS WINS)

Exchange 2003 sp2 member.

In DNS deleted roots. DNS in IP configuration of DC is set as IP of network
card.

ASK what you need. May be to run some utility.

The problem is intermitent. For 40 minutes bunch of "RED" events log. This
time
I cannot access AD and EM. After it comes back. Or works after restart for
25 minutes and again cannot find DC. REAL ...not good...

What to do ?
