OWA Admin Tool - Options Greyed out

Hi,


Iam facing some strange issue with Exchange 2003 Outlook Web Access
administration tool.


Most of the options in the admin page (Except Security & Spell Check)
are greyed out and iam not able to modify any of the property boxes.


I have logged in with account which is having full exchange permissions

and i have also verified the permissions in OWA reg key as mentioned in

one of the doc.


Please let me know if any of you come across such scenario.
