On the workstation on which ESM is installed:
1. Open Regedit
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\ExAdmin
3. Add the DWORD value "ShowSecurityPage"
4. Set it to 1
Close, then open ESM and the security tab will be available on all objects.
