Andy,
I looked at a couple of MSKB articles on modifying the legacyExchangeDN in
AD, but looks very involed. I am concerned that the AD could easily be
screwed up, attempting to apply these changes. I am surprised that a simple
task as changing the user name and alias does not propagate all the way
through AD. Is this considered a bug? I consider it a bug. It look like
the Script Guys have some sort of solution for making the modifications. I
would either prefer to script the task or use a very comprehesive
step-by-step document on the modification. You know CYA, kind of thing.
