OK, some experimenting today -- it appears that one profile will work, setup
for RPCoHTTPS & Cached Mode, and it will also connect to the Exchange server
over the LAN. It seems just fine, unless I'm missing something.
And... getting unicode files from .PST over to Exchange mailbox... you CAN
do a CTRL-A to select all, and move them in one fell swoop... you can also
copy and paste, if you want say contacts both in the .PST file and the
Outlook/Exch Mailbox.
